MTX Electrical supply a wide range of 19” racks and our range of racks have been developed to suit standard applications where wall mounting or floor mounting is required. Our 19” rack range is available in flat pack form, boxes or a plate. 19” refers to the width of the box.
Electronic equipment racks are measured in rack units of height, so the term ‘1U’ is used to define one rack unit of height. The standard in the industry is 1U equates to 1.75 inches or 44.45mm.
